BBY looks to provide fitness and nutrition platforms that will inspire, guide and challenge women and men in a way that can be sustainable and fuels their life's requirements.

Form & Function ( Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:45-10:15am):

Beginner or those needing a check up on foundational movement


A low impact back to basics class focusing on proper form, posture, mobility and range of motion. We break down base moves such as scapular retraction, squat, hinges and overhead raises to ensure proper technique and mobility is achieved before heading into more challenging classes or movements. Each class will build on the previous. (Tamara Vahn)


Body Overhaul (Mondays @ 9:30-10:30am & Thursdays @ 10:30-11:30am):

All fitness levels


Has your body been through the wringer? Need an overhaul? Let's get down and shake things up. Beginner or Pro...it doesn't matter. This class will kick your body into gear. Build functional strength and cardio endurance across many styles of athletic training. You will burn calories and torch fat. YOU WILL SWEAT, guaranteed! (Tamara Vahn)


Intro to Dance Fitness (Tuesdays @ 10:30-11:30am):

Perfect for "non-dancers" across all fitness levels

Calling all "2 left feet" party people! This class is for you. You will be smiling the entire time. Learn basic footwork and moves as we merge the best of both worlds- fitness and dance. You will groove to tunes from around the world, across the ages, through Broadway, Booty, Bollywood and beyond. Choreography easy to follow, we'll boost your confidence and you'll quickly be the 1st one on the dance floor. (Tamara Vahn)


Strong by Zumba® (Wednesdays @ 9:30-10:30am):

Must have basic knowledge of squat, lunge, push up, and be able to go to the floor for floor work


A body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training class. You will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats and kickboxing. Modifications will be provided. Please note this class is not suitable for participants new to exercise. (Tamara Vahn)


Mums & Bubs Postnatal Fitness (Mondays & Wednesdays @ 10:45-11:45am/12:00pm):

Extra time is allotted for this class because sometimes the babies dictate it!


A perfect way to get into fitness and feeling energized, all while your little new bundle of joy sits back and takes in the entertainment. Attention is given to specific stages and abilities in postpartum. Baby carriers, capsule car seats are all welcome. Feeding is allowed. Mommies must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and have doctor's clearance to exercise. Suitable typically for babies 6 weeks to 9 months (some exceptions allowed.) (Tamara Vahn)


Athletic Yoga (Fridays @ 9:30-10:30am):

All fitness levels


A unique Vinyasa yoga flow rooted in the athletic perspective. Focus is given to strengthening and lengthening your entire body. This is a challenging class both for beginners and experienced movers. Adaptations will be provided when needed in order to suit YOUR body as you become more connected and spatially aware. (Sharon Otter)
